One app for
every part
of Greek life.

Run your chapter from one app. Attendance, dues, files, recruitment, and safety, all in every member's pocket.

In conversations with chapters at UConn, Indiana, Alabama, St. John's, and University of Jacksonville. Now onboarding the founding cohort.

For Exec Boards

Treasurers chase Venmos. Rush Chairs lose context. Risk Managers can't prove an incident was reviewed.

Pillar fixes the seams. Recruitment, risk, dues, and attendance all run in one app instead of five tools and three group chats.

Recruitment, end to end

Pipeline, rankings, tags, bid day, and analytics. The rush CRM your chapter used to renew every fall. Built in, with PNM context that survives every round.

Risk forms & incident lifecycle

Risk Managers route forms through review states with full audit history. Push notifications on every state change. The paper trail nationals expect.

Dues, late fees & payment plans

Members pay in-app. Treasurer sets late fees, approves payment plan requests, and tracks every dollar. No Venmo screenshots, no spreadsheet, no chasing.

Attendance & events

QR check-in for chapter meetings and events. Live roster, automatic absence flags, exportable per member. No paper sign-ins, no GroupMe roll calls.

Side by Side

Already paying for a recruitment CRM, a dues platform, and a group chat?

Pillar replaces all five. One platform instead of the patchwork.

The Team

Built by a Greek-life insider.

Pillar is led by an active fraternity brother who lived the exec-board chaos and decided to fix it.

Kachi Ike
From the Co-Founder

"Chapters lose hours every week to scattered tools and manual work. We're building one place for the whole operation."

Kachi Ike · Phi Delta Theta · Founder & CEO

An active brother of Phi Delta Theta who saw firsthand how chapters lose time to scattered tools, manual dues collection, and lost PNM context. Leads Pillar end-to-end: product vision, chapter partnerships, and the rollout into Greek life nationwide.

Getting Started

Live in 3 weeks. No switching pain.

We do the migration. You keep running your chapter. Most chapters are fully live before fall rush.

Day 1. Contract signed

Deposit in. Slack channel with us live. Kickoff call scheduled. Roster CSV shared.

Week 1. Roster import

We migrate your roster, exec roles, dues schedule, and event calendar from your current system.

Week 2. Members onboarded

Every member gets an invite. We host a 20-min walkthrough at your next chapter meeting. Exec board gets role training.

Week 3. Live

First dues invoice goes out. Off the legacy stack. Sign by July to be live before fall rush.

Founder-led onboarding for every founding-cohort chapter. Direct line, real support, no playbook handed off to a CSM.

Founding Cohort

One flat fee per semester. 50% off for the first 5 chapters.

No per-member math. No surprise invoices when pledges join or brothers graduate. Treasurer pays one bill from chapter funds — same as insurance, formal venue, or any other operational expense.

Why flat-rate

Built for treasurers.

One number. One invoice. One decision.

Predictable
Roster moves don't change your bill. Plan your semester budget once and forget it.
Paid from chapter funds
Same line item as insurance or formal venue. Not a per-member charge on dues.
Below stack you replace
A 60-member founding chapter pays $500/sem. CampusDirector alone runs $600–1,000/sem.

Standard rates double after the founding cohort closes. Renew before year 1 ends to lock year 2 at the founding price.

5 founding slots Closes when filled or August 31, 2026.

What Pillar replaces

Most chapters renew a recruitment CRM, juggle group chats, and run dues by hand. Pillar covers all of it, plus attendance, files, and safety the incumbents don't touch.

Recruitment software

$300–$800

Per chapter, per recruitment cycle.

Group chat + scheduling tools

$10–$30 / mo

Across GroupMe, Discord, calendar exports.

Treasurer hours collecting dues

8–15 hrs / cycle

Spreadsheets, Venmo screenshots, manual chasing.

Mass-text + announcements

$20–$50 / mo

Twilio, SimpleTexting, or chapter-wide GroupMe sprawl.

One flat fee per semester, founding rate. A 60-member chapter pays $500/semester. Typically less than the recruitment CRM alone, with attendance, dues, files, compliance, chat, and safety on top.

PNMs use Pillar free. Flat-rate tiers scale by chapter size so a small specialty chapter pays for what it is — not the same as a 200-member powerhouse.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is Pillar?
Pillar is an all-in-one mobile app for Greek life chapter management. Chapters use it to run recruitment, collect dues, manage events, track service hours, handle compliance, post announcements, and provide safety tools to members. Potential new members (PNMs) browse chapters, attend rush events, and rank preferences through the same app.
How much does Pillar cost?
Pillar is free for PNMs. Founding-cohort chapters pay one flat semester fee scaled by roster size: $250 (up to 40), $500 (41–80), $875 (81–150), or $1,250 (150+). Renew before year 1 ends to keep year 2 at the founding rate. Standard pricing after launch doubles each tier. The founding cohort caps at 5 chapters and closes August 31, 2026 or when filled.
Does Pillar replace our existing chapter tools?
Yes. Pillar consolidates the spreadsheets, group chats, and standalone tools chapters typically stitch together. One app handles dues collection, recruitment ranking, event RSVPs, service hour approvals, compliance acknowledgements, member communications, and safety check-ins.
Which schools are on Pillar?
Pillar is in App Store review now and onboards each founding chapter in 3 weeks. We’re in active conversations with chapters at UConn, Indiana, Alabama, St. John’s, and the University of Jacksonville. Book a 15-minute demo to claim a founding slot.
Is Pillar available for both sororities and fraternities?
Yes. Pillar supports both Panhellenic sororities and IFC fraternities, with chapter profiles, recruitment flows, and compliance tooling tailored for each.
What safety features does Pillar include?
Pillar includes an SOS button that texts a trusted circle, a check-in timer for late-night returns home, a fake call to defuse uncomfortable situations, an emergency contacts directory, and on-campus safety resources curated by chapter admins.
Who owns the chapter's data, and can we export it?
The chapter does. Rosters, dues records, attendance, rankings, and audit logs export as CSV at any time, on demand, with no support ticket required. If a chapter ever leaves Pillar, you take a full copy of your data with you. If we ever sunset Pillar, you get 90 days notice and a full data export.
What if our nationals object?
Most nationals don’t mandate a specific platform. If yours does, we work alongside the required tool. We don’t replace it. We’ll handle the HQ conversation directly.
What happens if we cancel?
60-day money-back guarantee from launch (full refund). After that, the founding agreement is a 1-year commitment. If you cancel mid-year, no refund on what’s prepaid but no further charges. Keep what’s been paid, no fight.
